Please contact hello@soedore.com before sending an item back so that we can provide the applicable return instructions. Do not send returns to an address unless we have provided or confirmed it for your return.
Return shipping arrangements, refund eligibility, and refund processing will be handled in accordance with the applicable Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
